Paying For Your Care

We are a cash practice, however we offer affordable care plan options for individuals and families. If your insurance policy includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a Superbill to submit for direct reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA.

*Exceptions to this are Medicare Part-B, and Auto Accident Cases with verifiable PIP benefit.

Initial Consultation

At Mäna Chiropractic, we care about your wellness goals and strive to help you achieve them to the best of our ability. During this time we will ask that you provide as much detail about your individual needs and concerns.

We will then perform a thorough assessment of your spine & nervous system including 

  • Consultation
  • Careful Examination
  • One Complete Chiropractic Treatment*
  • Recommendations to Get you Well!

Report of Findings & Care Plan

Following your initial consultation your chiropractor will have gained a lot of information on the function of your spine & nervous system. Your second appointment is called your report of findings this is where we will sit down with you & explain in detail:

  • What is the cause
  • How we can help 
  • How long it’ll take
  • Your customized care plan 

Progress & Continuing Care

Following a determined number of visits with your Chiropractor we re-perform the tests from your 1st visit so we can assess the changes and progress achieved under Chiropractic care and determine how to proceed from this point.​

Do you accept insurance?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

I was in an accident, am I covered?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Can I see a chiropractor if I’m pregnant?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can my child receive chiropractic care?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
